Tuesday, August 30, 2011Dear NACA Member,

My name is Darrell Bonapart, Outreach Coordinator with NACA (Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America). I would like to formally invite you to our upcoming Foreclosure Prevention Event known nationally as “NACA’s Save the Dream Event.”

NACA is the nation’s leading homeownership and largest HUD certified non-profit counseling organization. Our Save the Dream Event in Los Angeles, CA this past June 2nd – 6th was an enormous success.  (Click Here to see news coverage of the LA Save the Dream Event) Mayor Villaraigosa of Los Angeles, CA was very impressed with our mobile foreclosure prevention operations and happy to see huge numbers of city employees & residents obtain an affordable mortgage solution this past month. “Behind every family who has lost their home, is a story of a dream shattered! In many cases people have begun to lose hope, I walked away and said… what a beautiful thing that NACA is doing” said Mayor Villaraigosa. (Click Here to see the Endorsement and Support of Mayor Villaraigosa of NACA’s Save the Dream Tour)

Our Save the Dream Events in the West Coast was an incredible success.  It had a tremendous turnout. NACA Management is now bringing our Historic Foreclosure Prevention Event to the Southeast and is making a stop in Miami, Thursday, September 8th thru Monday, September 12th at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The Save the Dream Tour has become the most effective in the country at modifying unaffordable mortgages. In addition, we have made changes to our process.  Our lines and wait time are shorter.  We have implemented a new Ticket Alert System so homeowners do not have to wait long hours.  Most importantly, we have many more same day affordable mortgage solutions coming out of our Events than ever before and a significant number with a principal reduction.

NACA Miami Save-the-Dream Event:

Location: Miami Beach Convention Center (1901 Convention Center Drive)

  • Starts: Thursday, September 8 th at 8:00 a.m.
  • Ends: Monday, September 12th at 8:00 p.m.
  • Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. everyday

Florida will become the one stop shop for not only local homeowners, but for people around the nation to visit your city and take advantage of NACA’s free program.   We will use a combination of Media and networking to encourage homeowners from across the State to visit Miami for the event.  This creates an opportunity for you to partner with us to save Miami and other Florida communities’ one home at a time. With the large numbers of bilingual staff, and thousands of visiting homeowners, the event is sure to generate over a million dollars in revenue for your city and surrounding areas.

NACA works directly with all the major Lenders/Servicers, who are also on tour with us, to provide same day solutions. The NACA Save the Dream events have been incredibly successful and have become the only viable solution for large numbers of at-risk homeowners. Many homeowners have had their mortgages payments permanently reduced by over $500 and many by over $1,000 a month often with interest rates reduced to 3% or 2% and sometimes a principal reduction. At-risk homeowners in your community have everything to gain and nothing to lose.  All of NACA’s services are FREE.

Lastly, we have NACA representatives working in Miami at this time in preparation for the upcoming event. If we could attend your church or community organization to make announcement of this event, please call us so that a representative can be present to provide the information and answer any questions. Your help with this is greatly appreciated.
